They say "Trend is your Friend". In my short trading timeline, I've realized the difficult part is making this friendship to happen. Although, not impossible.
Trend Fire is one of the trend following strategy amongst many strategies out there. But the unique part of Trend Fire lies in the implementation and its accuracy to identify healthy Trends. Trend Fire is a purely Mathematical Indicator and aims for generating more successful trade signals. It has a unique strategy to avoid sideways market, false signals, and calculation to find entry for Trends, hence, more quality of trades.
I started my trading journey by observing the market movement for a long time as a beginner trader. Over time, I've realized that profit maximization can happen only if I can properly identify long trend. The reason why I was fascinated with trend following strategies and keen to solve the problems that trend following has.
Approach
In most typical trend following strategy setup, Trend identification starts by using fast and long period moving average crossovers. The fact that, moving averages are lagging in nature, it fails to identify good trends and produce many false signals. Although, it generates signals for trend also along with the false signals.
My aim was to reduce the false signals that occurs during consolidation and gain more accuracy on detecting healthy trends. The reason why I've obtained several approaches -
1. Moving Average Gap - during a consolidation period where lots of false signal generates in a crossover system, we can see that the distance/gap between the moving averages is very small, and in long trend the distance is large. So, a simple implementation was to limit the distance/gap by using a threshold to generate signals for trend outside the false signal threshold. This way, signals for long trend generates a few candles away but reduces false signal generation. For this Gap to work, a gap threshold of 20 works great to identify large trends and it is also a good entry point.
3. Volatility Adaptive moving average - As, this system is based on calculating distance/gap between MA's, the distance also doesn't always indicate proper momentum during a trend. The reason behind is that, 200 Moving average is also moving along the price during a trend and the distance/gap between moving averages vary according to the price. This also leads to generate false signals. So, it is more appropriate to replace 200 moving average with volatility adaptive moving average with a period of 1000, because adaptive moving average always reacts to the price and creates a larger distance/gap with price when there’s a trend in the market. Otherwise, it moves close with price in a sideways market. This nature of adaptability helps to reduce more false signals and gain more chances to take profitable trends.
This is also should be considered that no indicator system alone in trading is purely accurate. So, Trend Fire also is not an exception. There will be false signals, but the probability of getting false signal is less than the overall profits compared to any other moving average crossover system. The idea here is, maximizing your equity gradually over time rather than in a day and trade only when market is tradeable. Exactly how trading should be.
Usage
The usage of the indicator is simple. Once the indicator is applied in the mentioned currency pairs, it will show Buy/Sell signals along with Exit points in the chart.
The yellow line is the volatility adaptive moving average line which create distance during a trend and moves close to price when there is no trend. It is also used for trade exit indication, where the line meets with the price at the end of the trend and shows total pips gains/loss in a popup.
As, the indicator have built in adaptive and ATR base stop loss system, a good approach is to enable this in settings. So that, the loss will be minimum. The reason behind, by default the trades closed when a certain trend is over (When yellow line reaches close to the price after a gap) and this closing point not necessarily closes above/below signal. This is why Adaptive and ATR stop loss together make sure when trend reverses during a trend to take profit. Although, settings for Stop loss have been configured in the indicator, but if needed, settings can be changed for optimized results. It is also advisable to not to trade during a news alert as there are chances to generate false signal for high movement of the market.
Down-Sides
The indicator is dependent on the 1-minute time frame, larger time frames resulting in a signal overfitting condition. The indicator is set for only some selective currencies and commodities. So, its behavior might also change if the currency pair is out of scope. Below is the list of currencies which will work for now.

Alerts
Alert conditions are set for trade Entry and Exit scopes only and it does not mention Buy/Sell trade specifically in alerts for now. For that, you need to follow the chart after an alert as indicator shows Buy/Sell/Exit on chart. To create an alert based on the indicator follow these steps:
Go to the alert section (the alarm clock) -> create new alert -> select TrendFire in condition -> Below select TRADE ALERT and select date duration. In option select “once per bar close”, By default the message is set with ticker ID. Change the message if you want a personalized message.
Conclusion
As a programmer and problem solver, I have invested over a year to understand the market and tried to solve the problem that I faced as a trader. I wanted to develop an indicator that make sense and works logically in market. Also, the aim is to trade smartly with a strategy rather than biting in the bush randomly. 2. Set Your Trading Account Size: Enter your total trading capital. For example, $50,000.
3. Maximum Lot Size: Define the maximum number of shares you are willing to trade in a single position. For instance, 200 shares.
4. Risk Value per Trade: Input the maximum amount of money you are willing to risk on a single trade. For instance, $50.
5. Plotting Options: If you wish to visualize the stop-loss levels, enable the plot option and choose the price base for the plot, such as the closing price or the average of the high and low prices (hl2).
Example of Use
1. Initial Setup: After the market opens, wait for at least 15 minutes to ensure the VWAP has stabilized with sufficient volume data.

Position Sizing Tool - Fixed Loss - Multi Asset [RSC]
This script is an Multi Asset measurement tool that can be used to evaluate or keep track of trades. Like the long and short position drawing tools, it calculates a risk reward ratio and a risk-adjusted position size from multiple entries (4 maximum), stop and take profit multiple levels ( 4 maximum) , but it also does much more:
• It can be used to configure long or short trades.
• All monetary values can be expressed in any number of currencies.
• The value of tick/pip movement (which varies with the position's size) is displayed in the currency you have selected.
• It does live tracking of the position.
• You can configure alerts on entries and exits.
█ HOW TO USE IT
Load the indicator on an active chart.
When you first load this script on a chart, you are able specify following parameter
• Account Balance
• Account currency.
And for each asset (Max 8):
• Symbols Ticker (and Exchange)
• Risk per trade (% or Amount base on Account Currency)
• Account Size
• Entry Time
• Entry levels (Max. 4)
• Leverage (only works for crypto) (same leverage for all entries)
• Stop loss level.
• Take profit level (Max. 4)
• Exit level percentage (Max. 4)
Once you have entered (or modify) parameters, the script will draw trade zones and levels labels containing the trade metrics:
• determines if the trade is a long or short from the position of the take profit and stop loss levels in relation to the entry price. If the take profit level is above the entry price, the stop must be below and vice versa, otherwise an error occurs.
• You can change levels by entering new values in the script's settings.
Once you place the position tool on a chart, it will appear at the same levels on symbols that you selected in script setting and nothing showed up for other symbols.
If your scale is not set to "Scale price chart only", the position tool's levels will be taken into account when scaling the chart, which can cause the symbol's bars to be compressed. If your scale is set to "Scale price chart only", the position tool will still be there, but it will not impact the scale of the chart's bars, so you won't see it if it sits outside the symbol's price scale.
█ FEATURES
Display
The position tool displays the following information for entries:
• The price level with “ Stoploss/Entry/Target” sign before it.
• Open or Closed P&L: For an open trade, the "Open P&L" displays the difference in money value between the entry level and the chart's current price.
For a closed trade, the "Closed P&L" displays the realized P&L on the trade.
• Quantity: The trade size, which takes into account the risk tolerance you set in the script's settings.
• RR: The reward to risk ratio expresses the relationship of the distance between the entry and the take profit level vs the entry and the stop level.
Example: A $100 stop with a $100 target will have a ratio of 1:1, whereas a $200 target with the same stop will have a 2:1 ratio.
• Per tick/pip: Represents the money value of a tick or pip movement.
• Their distance from the entry in money value, percentage and ticks/pips.
• The projected end money value of the position if the level is reached. These values are calculated based on the trade size and the currency.
█ Currency adjustments
This indicator modifies the trade label's colors and values based on the final Profit and Loss (P&L), which considers the dynamic exchange rate between base and conversion currencies in its calculations when the conversion currency is a specified value other than the default. Depending on the cross rate between the base and account currencies, this process can yield a negative P&L on an otherwise successful simulated trade.
For instance, if your account is in currency XYZ, you might buy 10 Apple shares at $150 each, with the XYZ to USD exchange rate being 2:1. This purchase would cost you 3000 units of XYZ. Suppose that later on, the shares appreciate to $170 each, and you decide to sell. One might expect this trade to result in profit. However, if the exchange rate has now equalized to 1:1, the return on selling the shares, calculated in XYZ, would only be 1700 units, resulting in a loss of 1300 units XYZ.
The indicator will mark the P&L and the target labels in red in such cases, regardless of whether the market price reached the profit target, as the trade produced a net loss due to reduced funds after currency conversion. Conversely, an otherwise unsuccessful position can result in a net profit in the account currency due to conversion rate fluctuations. The final losses or gains appear in the label metrics, and the corresponding color coding reflects the trade's success or failure.
█ Settings
The settings in the "Trade sizing" section are used to calculate the position size and the monetary value of trades. Two types of risk can be chosen from the menu; a percentage based risk calculation, or a fixed money value. The risk is used to calculate the quantity of units to purchase to achieve that level of risk exposure. Example: An account size of $1000 and 10% risk will have a projected end amount of $900 if the stop loss is hit. The quantity is a product of this relationship; a projected number of units to allow for the equivalent of $100 of risk exposure over the change in price from the entry to the stop value.
You can control the appearance of the tool and the values it displays in the settings following these first two sections.
Precision Strike Entry [PSE]This tool, known as Precision Strike Entry (PSE) , automatically generates Fibonacci Retracement Levels on any chart. More specifically, it scans for continuation and reversal trades based on two inputs and provides exact entry, exit ( Stop Loss ), and Take Profit levels.
Precision Strike Entry can be used for both Crypto and Forex markets.
A crucial aspect is adjusting the " Trading Mode " length to identify the correct extreme points or Custom Pivot Period Lookback. Unlike manually drawn Fibonacci levels, which remain static, the tool adjusts its levels dynamically when the chart's time frame changes.
Trading Mode Options:
Custom – To set manually Pivot Period Lookback
Scalper - Recommended for 5-15 min timeframes
Normal - Recommended for 15 min-2h timeframes
Swing - Recommended for 2h-4h timeframes
Unique to this tool is that the user can filter specific conditions before the Fibonacci is drawn on the chart. Additionally, it provides exact entry, stop loss, and Take Profit levels.
The identification of possible Fibonacci Retracement happens using two trigger techniques:
1-2 Setup and Trendline Break identification.
--> Using the 1-2 Setup identification, the indicator attempts to identify the next wave for point 3 using Fibonacci retracement rules.
--> Using the TrendLine breakout filter, the indicator will try to identify a possible pullback entry, utilizing Fibonacci retracement.
The indicator has been designed for bot processes, meaning it will not identify a short trade until you are in a long position and vice versa. Every trade ends with a custom breakeven at TP5 or hitting Stop Loss. When a trade ends/closes, the indicator will automatically search for a new long/short opportunity.
Since every symbol (Pair/Coin) has different conformations and pivots, not all pivot period parameters are perfect for every pair and timeframe. This is why the indicator gives you the opportunity to find the best pivot period for every combination of pair/timeframe, thanks to the Tuning Dashboard .
For example, for APE/USDT.P, by adjusting the 1-2 Setup & TrendLine Pivot Period Lookback settings, you can find a good setting with 1-2 Setup pivots set to 14, and TrendLine Breakout set to 15. The indicator checks the past 1000 bars and historical trades to provide an overview of what happened during the past 1000 bars.
In this case, the total number of trades was 145, and only 35 trades (24% of total trades) hit the Stop Loss without hitting at least TP1. TP1 was hit 110 times (75.75% of trades), TP2 65 times, etc.
This summary table also provides an indication of which pivot period setting is best for a specific pair/time frame combination. It offers statistical insights on how Take Profits were hit, giving you more confidence in how much of your position you will sell for each Take Profit level.
Pivot period settings for 1-2 Setup & Trend Line Breakout identification can be modified in the indicator parameters when the Trading Mode is set to Custom. There is also an extra parameter for filtering Long/Short ( Buy and Sell ) signals based on trend, identified using two EMAs (Moving Averages) with periods of 74 and 144.
Within the settings, you can also set Stop Loss and Breakeven settings as you prefer.
Default settings are:
TP1 Breakeven Level to Entry (possible values: Entry - DCA Entry - StopLoss)
TP2 Breakeven Level to TP1 (possible values: Entry - TP1 - StopLoss)

You can set three different alert modes:
TradingView Alert : You will receive classic TradingView alerts with messages indicating the desired alert, like Open Long (BUY), StopLoss Hit, Breakeven, and TakeProfits trigger alerts. (You will receive only the selected alerts from the list.)
Bot Alert : You will receive alerts only for Create Trade or Close Trade with the string of your UUID (you have to fill them in related to your Bot indication) and remember to set the Webhook setting to ensure the alert triggers on your Bot. When you use Bot Alert, you have to set the indicator Signal Type related to your Bot settings. NB: If you have created a TradingView Bot for Long Position, you will have to choose Signal Type = Long in the indicator settings.
Free Text Trade Alert : Using this setting, you will receive alerts only for Open Trade Long or Short. All information about Stop Loss and Take Profits is integrated into the Free Text Template.

Choose Your Custom Divergence Indicator
Handpick your custom indicator, and the TRN Swing Suite will hunt for divergences on your preferred market and timeframe. Importantly, you must add the indicator to your chart. Afterwards, simply go to the “Divergence Detection” section in the TRN Swing Suite indicator settings and choose "External Indicator". Smart Money Technique (SMT)/Divergence detecting in Relation to other Instruments
Smart Money Technique/Tool (SMT) means the divergence detection between two related instruments. The TRN Swing Suite finds divergence in relation to other instruments, e.g. NQ vs ES or BTCUSDT vs ETHUSDT. Just add another instrument to the chart. As representation style you can choose lines or candles/bars. Afterwards, simply go to the “Divergence Detection” section in the TRN Swing Suite indicator settings and choose "External Indicator". If the second instrument is represented as line, then choose this value in the “External Indicator (High)” field. If there are high and low values (e.g. candles/bars), then you also must set the “External Indicator Low” field.
The detection of SMTs can help traders to decide whether the trend continues, or a reversal is imminent. E.g. if the NQ makes a new higher high but the ES fails to do so and makes a new lower high, then the TRN Swing Suite shows a divergence. As a result, the probability is high that the trend will not continue, and the trader can make an informed decision about what to do next.
How to Set Parameters for Divergence Indicators
To begin, access the indicator settings and find the “Divergence Detection”. Look for the "Parameters" sections where you can fine-tune Parameters 1-3. Overall ∅ Length - average length of all swings in points
Overall ∅ Duration - average duration of swings in bars
∅ Length - average lengths for custom-defined swing counts
∅ Duration - average durations for custom-defined swing counts
The custom-defined swing count is used to determine the swing length/duration for the last x swings. Note, in the case of well-established assets like Microsoft or Nvidia, which have undergone one or more stock splits, the overall average in column three may deviate significantly from those in column five. That is why column 5 is useful.
Relation Statistic
The Relation Statistic highlights percentages representing the historical occurrence of specific high and low sequences. In the first column (in %), various types of highs and lows are listed as reference points.
For example, the first row corresponds to "HH followed by", where the second column (#) displays the total count of higher highs (HH) considered. The subsequent columns showcase the percentages of how often certain patterns follow the initial HH.
Fields marked in blue represent sequences that occurred in over 50% of cases. The darker the shade of blue in each field, the higher the percentage.

For example, when looking for a long entry after a lower low (LL), you can examine the likelihood of a subsequent lower high (LH) or even a higher high (HH). TRN Bars Signal
If a harmonic pattern gets completed and you use this breakout condition, the breakout will be determined by the next confirmed signal (reversal, continuation, breakout) of the TRN Bars. These Breakout Condition delivers signals with reenforced reliability, but they occur not as often as other breakout conditions.
RSI Crossing
With this breakout condition, a breakout for a long position gets determined, when the RSI line crosses above the RSI moving average (MA) after one of the harmonic patterns has been completed. A bearish breakout after a completed harmonic pattern gets determined, when the RSI line crosses below the RSI MA.
You can choose your preferred RSI and MA length in the indicator settings under the “Trade Management” section.
MACD Crossing
If a harmonic pattern gets completed and you use this breakout condition, the breakout gets determined, when the MACD line crosses above the signal line (bullish MACD crossover) for a bullish breakout. With this breakout condition, a breakout for a short position gets determined, if a close below the lows of the last 2 bars gets detected. For a long position, the breakout gets determined if a close above the highs of the last 2 bars gets detected.
Close Below/Above Last 3 Lows/Highs
In this scenario, a short position breakout is confirmed if the price closes below the lows of the previous 3 bars. Conversely, a long position breakout is confirmed if the price closes above the highs of the last 3 bars.

As market conditions fluctuate, the curve dynamically adjusts, offering traders a visual benchmark that signifies the break-even point. This real-time adjustment provides traders with an invaluable tool, allowing them to visually track how shifts in the market could impact the point at which their trades neither gain nor lose value.
Example:
Let's say the price is at the midpoint of the risk/reward box; this means that the risk/reward ratio should be 1:1, and the minimum win rate is 50% to break even.
In this example, we can see that the price is near the stop-loss level. If you are about to take a trade in this area and would respect your stop, you only need to have a minimum win rate of 11% to earn money, given the risk/reward ratio, assuming that you hold the trade to the target.
In other words, traders can, at any given point, assess the kind of strategy they need to employ to make money based on the price's position within the risk/reward box.
█ How to Use
Market Bias:
When using the Auto Bias feature, the indicator calculates the underlying market bias and displays it as either bullish or bearish. This helps traders align their trades with the underlying market trend.
Risk Management:
By observing the plotted trailing stops and the risk-reward ratios, traders can make strategic decisions to enter or exit positions, effectively managing the risk.
Strategy selection:
The Break-Even Curve is a powerful tool for managing risk, allowing traders to visualize the relationship between their trailing stops and the market's price movements. By understanding where the break-even point lies, traders can adjust their strategies to either lock in profits or cut losses.
Based on the plotted risk/reward box and the location of the price within this box, traders can easily see the win rate required by their strategy to make money in the long run, given the risk/reward ratio.
Consider this example: The market is bullish, as indicated by the bias, and the indicator suggests looking into long trades. The price is near the top of the risk/reward box, which means entering the market right now carries a huge risk, and the potential reward is very low. To take this trade, traders must have a strategy with a win rate of at least 90%.
█ Settings
Trailing Method:
Auto: The indicator calculates the trailing stop dynamically based on market conditions.
Pivot: The trailing stop is adjusted to the highest high (long positions) or lowest low (short positions) identified within a specified lookback period. This method uses the pivotal points of the market to set the trailing stop.
Percentage: The trailing stop is set at a fixed percentage away from the peak high or low.
Trailing Size (prd):
This setting defines the lookback period for the highest high and lowest low, which affects the sensitivity of the trailing stop to price movements.
Percentage Step (perc):
If the 'Percentage' method is selected, this setting determines the fixed percentage for the trailing stop distance.
Set Bias (bias):
Allows users to set a market bias which can be Bullish, Bearish, or Auto, affecting how the trailing stop is adjusted in relation to the market trend.

Xen's Flag Pattern Scalper1. Input Parameters:
FlagLength: Determines the length of the flag pattern.
TakeProfit1Ratio, takeProfit2Ratio, takeProfit3Ratio: Define the ratios for calculating
the take-profit levels relative to the entry price.

2 Flag Conditions:
BullishFlag: Checks if the current bar meets the conditions for a bullish flag pattern. It
evaluates to true if the low of the current bar is lower than the low flagLength bars
ago, and the close of the current bar is higher than the high flagLength bars ago.
BearishFlag: Checks if the current bar meets the conditions for a bearish flag pattern. It evaluates to true if the high of the current bar is higher than the high flagLength bars

3. Entry Price:
EntryPrice: Calculates the entry price based on whether a bullish or bearish flag
pattern is identified. For a bullish flag, the entry price is set to the low of the current bar.
For a bearish flag, the entry price is set to the high of the current bar.
4. Stop Loss:
StopLoss: Determines the stop-loss level based on the entry price and the specified
riskRewardRatio . For a bullish flag, the stop-loss level is calculated by subtracting the
difference between the high and low of the current bar multiplied by the riskRewardRatio from the low of the current bar. For a bearish flag, the stop-loss level
is calculated similarly but added to the high of the current bar.
5. Take Profit Levels:
Three take-profit levels ( takeProfit1, takeProfit2, takeProfit3 ) are calculated based on
the entry price, stop-loss level, and specified take-profit ratios ( takeProfit1Ratio,
takeProfit2Ratio, takeProfit3Ratio ).
6. Plotting Signals and Levels:
Bullish and bearish flag patterns are plotted using triangle shapes ( shape.triangleup for
bullish and shape.triangledown for bearish) above or below the bars, respectively.
Entry, stop-loss, and take-profit levels are plotted using horizontal lines ( line.new )
with different colors and styles. Entry and stop-loss levels are labeled with "Entry" and "SL",
respectively, while take-profit levels are labeled with "TP 1", "TP 2", and "TP 3".
The colors for bullish flags are white for entry, red for stop-loss, and green for take-profit levels. For bearish flags, the colors are the same, but the labels are plotted above the bars.
7. Label Placement:
Labels for entry, stop-loss, and take-profit levels are placed a distance of 4 bars to the right
of the entry price using bar_index + 4 .
This indicator is intended to help traders identify flag patterns on price charts and visualize potential entry, stop-loss, and take-profit levels associated with these patterns.
Please use risk management and when TP1 is hit, move stoploss to breakeven .

Further more you can set the take profit and stop loss, initial capital, quantity per trade and set the exchange fees. You get an overall result table and even a detailed, scroll-able table with all trades. In the Image 1 you see the provided info tables about all Trades and the Result Summary. Further more every trade is marked by a background color, Labels and Levels. An opening Label with the trade direction and trade number. A closing Label again with the trade number, the trades profit in % and the total amount of $ after all past trades. A green line for the take profit level and a red line for the stop loss.

Usage
1) You need to know the name of the boolean (or integer) variable of your indicator which hold the buy condition. Lets say that this boolean variable is called BUY. If this BUY variable is not plotted on the chart you simply add the following code line at the end of your pine script.
For boolean (true/false) BUY variables use this:
plot(BUY ? 1:0,'Your buy condition hold in that variable BUY',display = display.data_window)
And in case your script's BUY variable is an integer or float then use instate the following code line:
plot(BUY ,'Your buy condition hold in that variable BUY',display = display.data_window)
2) Probably the name of this BUY variable in your indicator is not BUY. Simply replace in the code line above the BUY with the name of your script's trade condition variable.
3) Save your changed Indicator script.
4) Then add this 'Backtest any Indicator' script to the chart ...
5) and go to the settings of it. Choose under "Settings -> Buy Signal" your Indicator. So in the example above choose .
The form is usually: ' : BUY'. Then you see something like Image 2
6) Decide which trade direction the BUY signal should trigger. A go Long or a go Short by set the hook or not.
Now you have a backtest of your Indicator without converting it into a strategy. You may change the setting of your Indicator to the best results and setup the following strategy settings like Time- and Session Filter, Stop Loss, Take Profit etc. More of it below in the section Settings Menu.
Appereance
In the Image 2 you see on the right side the List of Trades . To scroll down you go into the settings again and decrease the scroll value. So you can see all trades that have happened before. In case there is an open trade you will find it at the last position of the list.
Every Long trade is green back grounded while Short trades are red.
Every trade begins with a label that show goLong or goShort and its number. And ends with another label again with its number, Profit in % and the resulting total amount of cash.
If activated you further see the Take Profit as a green line and the Stop Loss as a orange line. In the settings you can set their percentage above or below the entry price.
You also see the Result Summary below. Here you find the usual stats of a strategy of all closed trades. The profit after total amount of fees , amount of trades, Profit Factor and the total amount of fees .
Settings Menu
In the settings menu you will find the following high-lighted sections. Most of the settings have a question mark on their right side. Move over it with the cursor to read specific explanation.
Input Signal of your Indicator: Under Buy you set the trade signal of your Indicator. And under Target you set the value when a trade should happen. In the Example with the Stochastic RSI above we used 20. Below you can set the trade direction, let it be go short when hooked or go long when unhooked.
Trade Settings & List of Trades: Take Profit set the target price of any trade. Stop Loss set the price to step out when a trade goes the wrong direction. Check mark the List of Trades to see any single trade with their stats. In case that there are more trades as fits in the list you can scroll down the list by decrease the value Scroll .
Time Filter: You can set a Start Time or deactivate it by leave it unhooked. The same with End Time .
Session Filter: here you can choose to activate it on weekly base. Which days of the week should be trading and those without. And also on daily base from which time on and until trade are possible. Outside of all times and sessions there will be no new trades if activated.
Invest Settings: here you can choose the amount of cash to start with. The Quantity percentage define for every trade how much of the cash should be invested and the Fee percentage which have to be payed every trade. Open position and closing position.
Other Announcements
This Backtest script don't use the strategy functions of TradingView. It is programmed as an indicator. All trades get executed at candle closing. This script use the functionality "Indicator-on-Indicator" from TradingView.
Conclusion
So now it is your turn, take your promising indicators and connect it to that Backtest script. With it you get a fast impression of how successful your indicator will trade. You don't have to relay on coders who maybe add cheating code lines. Further more you can check with the Time Filter under which market condition you indicator perform the best or not so well. Also with the Session Filter you can sort out repeating good market conditions for your indicator. Even you can check with the GoShort XOR GoLong check mark the trade signals of you indicator in opposite trade direction with one click. And compare your indicators under the same conditions and get the results just after 2 clicks. Thanks to the in-build fee setting you get an impression how much a 0.1% fee cost you in total.

The AB=CD (Zeiierman) indicator is designed to automatically detect the ABCD pattern across any chart and timeframe as it unfolds. Activating when point C forms, it automatically draws the D line, giving traders immediate entry, stop-loss, and target signals.

█ How to Use
The ABCD pattern is one of the foundational chart patterns used in technical analysis. It's essentially a price structure where two price legs are equivalent in length. In other words, the distance price travels from A to B roughly equals the distance from C to D.
Trend Continuation: Suggests that after a pullback, the original market trend is likely to resume towards point D.
Entry Point: Typically at point C to capitalize on the movement towards D.
Profit Target: Set at point D, expected to mirror the length of the A to B leg.
Stop Loss: Placed just beyond point C to protect against pattern failure.
█ How It Works
The pattern is made up of three consecutive price swings:
AB: This is the first price leg. It can either be up or down.
BC: This is a corrective or retracement leg. If AB is up, BC will be down, and vice versa.
CD: This is the final price leg. It moves in the same direction as AB and is approximately equal in length.
The ABCD pattern algorithm identifies pivot points over a user-defined period, labeled as A, B, C, and D. These points are determined by finding the highest and lowest values (extremes) within the specified period. The direction of the pattern is then established based on the position of these extremes. Fibonacci retracement levels are calculated between these points to determine potential reversal zones (entry and stop levels) and extension levels (target zones). When the price crosses into these zones, the ABCD pattern becomes active, signaling potential trading opportunities.

Market Move: This setting allows traders to define the size of the market move they're interested in, ranging from small to traditional, to swing, or even a custom length. This adjusts the sensitivity and the period over which the ABCD pattern is detected.
Bias: Traders can set their bias to bullish, bearish, or both, which filters the patterns based on the anticipated market direction.
Entry Retracement: Defines the Fibonacci retracement level for potential entry points.

This is another indicator / system to make use for NIFTY & BANK NIFTY Intra day trading.

NIFTY INTRA-DAY TRADING SYSTEM
Explanation of Arrays:

## FIRST 15 MIN SESSION BOX ##
From 09:15 to 09:30 where the initial orders will get collected and Auction takes place.
DO NOT engage into any trade in this session. Let the Box develop.
## INITIAL HIGH / LOW FORMATION SESSION ##
This session is from 09:15 to 10:30.
We can observe the Initial High or Low being formed for the day, that is VALID TILL 11:30.
## NO-TRADE ZONE / ACC. AREA / DAY’S H OR L CONFIRMATION SESSION ##
From 11:30 to 12:30
90% of time this is the session where the whole Day’s High or Low will get confirmed. Sometimes the market may violate this Session!
DO NOT engage into any fresh trade in this area.
Once the box is developed, you can see the Mid price line will be formed which is valid for the afternoon Trading session till 15:30.
## SIGNAL LINE, MIDDLE PRICE LINE, SESSION HIGH LOW LINES ##
Middle Price Line – the dotted line (Red colour) is Mid Price Line for the Initial session box. This acts as an important price level for the whole day.
Signal Line – the Solid line that will form after 10:30. Consider this price line as very important price line to which the price reacts with a good momentum, either break through or rejection and valid for the whole trading day.
Session High Low price line – high and low prices of the Initial session box which acts as a good Support / Resistance / Target / Stop loss. Even previous session’s price lines can also be used for the current day too.
## TREND BOX ##
Multi-Time frame trend box will show the real-time trend on different time frames. This box will be very helpful in trade decision. Please note that at least THREE HIGHER TIME FRAME TRENDS must be in the same direction to support your trade criteria for the better confirmation.
## VOLUME IMBALANCE ##
These orange coloured boxes are very tiny imbalances between prices that were formed during price movements. Algorithm will try to fill these imbalances on its way of filling orders. These price imbalances can be used for our edge while taking trades.
SOME TIPS:
---------------------------
1) Avoid Break out trades
2) Always trade the pull backs
3) Keep your Stops above / below the KEY LEVELS
4) Always follow the Higher Time frame trend while taking a trade.
If you trade in 1m TF consider 5m trend
If you trade in 5m TF consider 1H or 15m trend
5) Consider the higher TF closure of prices only, to validate the break out.
6) Trade what you see, market can do anything it wants.
7) Do not worry about losses. It happens and that is the business.
8) End your trading week in green no matter how big or small the profit is. Consistency is the key this business.
9) Keep in mind that the Market does two things only, either it will FILL THE GAP or GRAB THE LIQUIDITY. Just plan your trades accordingly. Liquidity levels like Previous Session / Day / Week / highs and lows.
10) The Market is a continuous business. It does not end for the specific day. It will not end its Buy or Sell model unless it completes its cycle, hence TRADE WHAT YOU SEE and not WHAT YOU THINK!
11) Unless the key swing high / low is broken and closed, DO NOT consider that move as a reversal. Consider that as a Liquidity grab. And it will continue in its previous trend.
HOW TO TAKE TRADE USING NITS: (one of the Techniques)

As explained above, Do not engage in trade for the first 15 minutes.
Once the 15m box forms then look for divergence between NIFTY and BANK NIFTY.
Both Indices are supposed to trade in the same direction but at key levels and times, these instruments will make DIVERGENCE with its Highs and Lows.
Ex: one Index will make LOW AND LOWER LOW and at the same time other will make LOW AND HIGHER LOW. This deflection can be used for taking Buy Trades.
Ex:
If the Divergence forms at the Bottom then the market will move upwards.
If the Divergence forms at the Top then the market makes down move.
To confirm this divergence, the price will move away from that deflected Lows or Highs.

POINTS TO OBSERVE

Mostly the first 15 min range that forms will either be very large candles or normal candles with rejection wicks or Shaved bar (open and H/L same)
Whenever you observe a very large wide range bars within the 15min range, consider the Day’s high and Low is already formed. And the market will be hovering inside that range only. Very useful for taking 50 points scalping here and there by using the signal line and middle line or Acc box mid line. In this scenario you have three important info of the day, OPEN HIGH & LOW established already, The market will only look for its close.
Ex:
If the market trades with normal candles, then consider your trades in two parts.
From 09:30 to 11:30 and from 12:30 to 15:30 as 11:30 to 12:30 will confirm the current day’s High / Low hence do not take a fresh position within that time.
1) Initial session trade – If the price does not break and close the 15 min range high/low, consider it is going to reverse and continue its trend till 10:30
Ex:
2) Mid session Trade – mostly the market accumulates positions and collects orders between 11:30 to 12:30 for the afternoon session. Once the session box is developed, the middle price line will form. Wait for the market breakout and close off this session’s high or low in Higher TF. The market will continue in the direction of breakout from this session and continue till 15:30. Hence wait for pull back till its mid price / high or low price lines of this Acc box and take trade in the initial breakout direction keeping stop above or below the session’s high or low.

The day trader indicator is represented as a line on a price chart. It has two key components:

2. *Stop-and-Reverse (SAR) Points:* The Super Trend also serves as a dynamic stop-loss level. Liquidity Concepts [BigBeluga]The Liquidity Concepts indicator is designed to represent the liquidity on the chart using pivot points as potential stop-losses / liquidity grabs.
The indicator is facilitated by a market structure detector and pivot points to identify resting liquidity / stop-loss levels.
A liquidity grab or a stop-loss hunt is when retail traders place their stop-loss orders at recent highs / most recent highs or lows. This is a spot where big players attempt to push the market to trigger all the stop-loss orders and gain a better entry in their favor.
🔶 CALCULATION
The indicator uses the Higher Lower script made by @LonesomeTheBlue to determine these pivot points. When a pivot point is formed, it is displayed on the chart with the corresponding symbol (HH - HL - LH - LL). When one of these points is broken, a line is drawn between the pivot point and the candle that broke it.
A liquidity grab is only recognized after it has occurred, and it is represented with a box showing all the candles that were involved in the sweep / stop-loss hunt.
A pivot point is established only after the selected lookback period and cannot be printed beforehand in any manner. This ensures that it captures the highest point within the lookback period following the candle formation.
An HL (Higher Low) point is established when it is lower than an HH (Higher High) point, whereas an LH (Lower High) point is established when it is higher than an LL (Lower Low) point.
Boxes are formed in two different types: Major and Minor.
- Major boxes occur when LH or HL points are breached, with their high or low point crossing above or below in the specific lookback period.
- Minor boxes occur when HH or LL points are breached, with their high or low point crossing above or below in the specific lookback period.
Minor points are less efficient since they represent key highs and lows, and before taking out those liquidity levels, the HL and LH points should be cleared.
Representation of Pivot Point Formation:
Liquidity wicks are a minor representation of a stop-loss hunt during the retracement of a pivot point. This means that a pivot point is broken only by the wick and not by the entire body.
Bigger wick = more liquidity
Lower wick = less liquidity
Liquidity wicks can be used as trade confirmation or targets for your entry to enhance accuracy.
Users have the option to display candle coloring based on the currently detected trend.

Users have the option to specify the verification length for when the liquidity should occur. This means that if the length is set to 7, the indicator will search for the liquidity formation within the last 7 candles; otherwise, it will be considered invalid.

Top Tier Position SurveillanceThis is a light-weight position tool I coded after not finding something similar and that lets you enter the inputs in a way you do that also at your CEX.
You enter:
1. ENTRY price of position
2. TAKE PROFIT level
3. STOP LOSS level
4. Amount of USD you put into the position (aka collateral)
5. Your leverage (10x, 100x or whatever)
The tool then checks if that is a short or a long to show you that with a color and to calculate the profit and loss correctly.
It then shows you the current PnL in % and in USD at the label where you opened the position.
This is a tool for long and short position without the complicated stuff with "pips", "lot", "ticks", "risk" and all the things you typically don't need and mostly don't know about when trading at a CEX.
I made it to see my PnL without having to check in the App of the CEX which is pretty annoying.
PRO users might miss things... the intention was to make it easily to surveil your position without the need for a lot of inputs.
If your position goes into the desired direction you can lift the SL above the entry (if you're long for example), and it then renames to "SL-Profit" because you're in profit then and not in loss... I think there's some nice detail work in it which you hopefully will enjoy.
VolatilityThis script shows three different calculations for volatility.
All three can be used as Stop-Loss...
- Absolute Price Changes
- Maximum Price Fluctuation
- and every one should know Average True Range
The script has a dark and light theme.
And the colors can be changed and each can be deactivated.
On top of that I stumbled over the fact that when MPF crosses over APC
this could result in a significant change in price and could also be used as an entry or exit.
This is also highlighted by default. You can change its background color and you can deactivate it too.
ACP measures volatility over most recent close prices.
This is excellent for comparing volatility.
It includes both frequency and magnitude.
In other words: Sum of differences between second to last close price and last close price as absolute value for 'n' bars.
MPF measures volatility over most recent candles, which could be used as an estimate of risk.
It may also be effective as the basis for a stop-loss or take-profit,
like the ATR but it ignores the frequency of directional changes within the time interval.
In other words: The difference between the highest high and lowest low over 'n' bars.
When you don't know what the ATR is then you can look at this link .
Option ScalperWhat is Scalping?
Scalping is a trading strategy aimed at profiting from quick momentum in a volatile index or stock or any other instrument that can be traded.
Traders who use such strategies place anywhere from 10 to a few hundred trades in a single day.
The idea behind such type of trading is that small moves in an index or stock price are much easier to capture than the larger moves.
Traders who use such strategies are known as scalpers. When you take many small profits a number of times, say 10 points scalped 20 times per day, they can easily add up to large gains.
An Option Buyer's Biggest Enemy is Time Decay and when you scalp, you do not allow the time decay to eat your Option Premium as your Entry and Exit is often quick enough.
What is Option Scalper?
Option Scalper indicator is a momentum-based indicator that tries to detect momentum based upon a number of factors as given below:
(1) Price action accumulated over a period of time when big candles are nowhere
(2) Repeatedly Occurring, certain Candle patterns which indicate if buyers have the upper hand or sellers are ruling the market.
(3) Gradient of moving averages which shows consistency of net buying/selling force
(4) Price jumping normal distribution line and landing in outlying areas, signalling increasing momentum of buying/selling activity.
Based upon the above factors, when Option Scalper thinks a move has the potential to turn into a big move, it generates its Buy/Sell Signals.
When aggressive buying or selling starts where Buying & Selling Forces become unequal, the Price starts moving in one direction with candles making Higher Highs or Lower Lows, moving average lines start scaling up or down or volumes start increasing.
Option Scalper detects these (1) Higher Highs or Lower Lows, (2) scaling up moving average lines, and/or (3) price breaking out of channels; and generates Buy or Sell signals.
In order to use this indicator, simply deploy this on your chart, and wait for Buy/Sell signals. When a Buy/Sell Signal appears, a small line starts forming up at the closing level of Buy/Sell signal candle. Your Entry will be above that line for Buy Signal and below that line for Sell Signal.
It works on all time frames.
Whenever a Buy Signal is followed by Sell signal (let it be after 7 - 8 candles or after many candles) or vice-versa, you have to switch your position to make most of the reverse move.
It is a general purpose indicator and may be used on stocks, commodities, forex and any other instruments alike and is not meant for any specific market.
How to Take Buy/Sell Entry with Option Scalper?
Whenever a Buy/Sell Signal appears on a candle, Option Scalper starts marking its closing price with a horizontal line that keeps extending towards right side with every new candle. This line is Blue in Color for Buy Signal and dark golden color for Sell Signal.
Initially this horizontal line will be very small but as more and more candles appear with the passage of time, the length of the line keeps increasing.
The purpose of this line is to mark the closing price of Signal candle and you have to take your Buy Entry above this line (if last signal is BUY) or you have to take your trade Below this line (if last signal is SELL).
The indicator will also draw another line at the Opening Price of Signal Candle, which can act as your initial stop loss. If trade starts moving in your direction and price goes above upper variance line (light green curvy line) or goes below lower variance line (purple wavy line), then that line becomes your trailing stop loss line from that point onwards.
The indicator also marks the consolidation zone for you. If the Buy/Sell Signal has come but price is in consolidation zone (grey colour cloud), do not take any positions yet and wait for the price to come out of the cloud and breach the Entry Line.
Exiting Buy/Sell Positions and Re-Entry Rules
1. Exiting your Buy Trade: When a Buy Trade is active, indicator can detect where the ongoing upmove may end or retrace for a while and it will print an X symbol (RED COLOR) to warn you. After you see a Red Color X symbol, if price starts making lower lows, you can exit your Buy Trade there or if you are in good profit, you can wait for the price to go below upper variance line (the green color Trailing Stop Loss Line for Buy Trade). See the image below for Red Color X symbol which warns you to be prepared for EXIT from Buy Trade:
2. Re-Entry for Buy Trade: If the last signal on your chart is still Buy Signal but your stop loss has been hit once or twice and you have no open positions now, you can RE-ENTER in buy trade if and when price again climbs above the grey cloud.
3. Exiting your Sell Trade: When a Sell Trade is active, indicator can detect where the ongoing down-move may end or retrace for a while and it will print an X symbol (Green COLOR) to warn you. After you see a Green Color X symbol, if price starts making higher highs, you can exit your Sell Trade there or if you are in good profit, you can wait for the price to go above lower variance line (the purple color Trailing Stop Loss Line for Sell Trade).
4. Re-Entry for Sell Trade: If the last signal on your chart is Sell Signal but your stop loss has been hit once or twice and you have no open positions now, you can RE-ENTER in Sell trade if and when price again crosses below the grey color cloud.

What are the other features of Option Scalper?
1. End to End Horizontal Support/Resistance Lines: Indicator also detects, prints and deletes horizontal support and resistance lines which can help in your trading decisions. For example, a Buy Signal comes and price crosses above upper variance line and also crosses nearby horizontal resistance line means it has higher probability of moving further up. The reverse is also true (for Sell Signal). See an example of a resistance line below:
2. Star Symbols: If 5 or more consecutive candles are of the same color, then Star Symbol (*) starts appearing above or below the candles. When price has moved too high or too low from the upper or lower variance line, these stars indicate that there is higher probability of retracement happening now which should prompt you to book full or partial profit. See the circled stars in the below image
3. Color Changing Candles: If a candle changes its color from Red to Purple or from Green to light green, they indicate increased intensity of Selling or Buying activity. For example, if each 1 min candle within a 5 min candle is red, then that 5 min candle will turn purple which means Selling pressure is too much and there are very few or no buyers at all. Reverse is also true when Green Candle becomes Light Green. Example images of such candles can be seen below:
4. Consolidation Zone: It is very important for an option buyer to strike only when there is momentum and not to take any fresh trade (or if you already have a position, then closing it for the time being) when price is in consolidation zone. Consolidation zone is marked by a grey colour cloud as seen in below image.
What Type of Alerts Can be Set up: You can set up 3 type of alerts with this indicator (a) Buy Entry Signal which happens when Price closes above the marked Buy Price Level (b) Sell Signal which happens when Price closes below the marked Sell Price Level or (c) Any signal (if you want to be alerted when either Buy or Sell Signal happens)
